Jamaican Jerk — Restaurant in Port Huron Charter Township

If you're like me, having passed this place dozens of times and thought "I'll have to try that some time" but have been putting it off, do yourself a favor and go! The two staff running the counter were very nice. I ordered the jerk chicken with rice and a side of cornbread.

They were out of some of the items I wanted, and the cornbread is a bit too sweet and cakey for my liking, but even so, the jerk chicken was good enough that I have to give the food a 5-stars.

Came here today because another restaurant we were going to was closed. Thankfully they were because this place is great. The food, the atmosphere and the staff are incredible. We got the oxtails, jerk tips, Mac and cheese and the corn bread and I recommend you order the same stuff. The oxtails had these amazing noodles with them as a bonus. Genuinely authentic (we're talking Tripe Stew) for the Bluewater Area. Everything I have had at Jamaican Jerk, and at their food truck, has been delicious.
