We have been coming to the taco truck and now restaurant for years. In fact opening and closing days of the taco truck have been a family ritual to attend. Unfortunately tonight was not only a terrible experience for my family but the worst service we have ever received - anywhere. I was verbally assaulted by our server in front of my children and other tables in ear shot for asking where our food was after waiting for over 30 minutes with 3 hungry kids AND after another table that came in far behind us already got there food, but then the young man spat at me angrily, "it's not my fault, you're having a bad day." He also hissed that I had to be patient for my food and that he had to help another table, which had just been seated. I had to insist that he go check on our order. I then asked for the manager and the server tried to play off that he was the manager. I then asked another server for the owner. The owner came and was deeply apologetic and gave us 50% off the bill. We ate our food in silence, embarrassment and disbelief. No one was hungry any longer. As a long time local patron, I will never return with my family. It was a shocking experience for my kids - and for me. That server should have been removed from the restaurant immediately, as clearly it was he who was having...
Read moreThe best Mexican restaurant in the area, for sure. We’ve been here, several times (it’s now our fav go to spot) and have had quite a few of their dishes. To date, none have disappointed! The prices are very reasonable and you usually get enough to take home as leftovers. The fish tacos are probably the best I’ve had - and this is usually the thing I order whenever we’re out anywhere & it’s on the menu. The people there are also really nice & friendly and the service is spot on. They’re also willing to work with you for dietary restrictions as easy fish is made...
Read moreNice people, friendly service. But the food, meh, I ate there for the second and last time today. I got a fish burrito, it was Bland to say the least, I mean literally a tasted like cabbage and it had a tiny little piece of a fish's tail end meat on it, very dry. I had to put some salsa I had here at the house on it. The first time I ate there was no better but I figured I'd give it a 2nd try. Still it's decently priced, it's a nice little spot to take a break and have a snack. But if you're counting on really good Mexican...
