THIS REVIEWER ASSAULTED THE MINOR WORKING ALONE IN SUBWAY!! She threw a sandwich at the girl! We were walking in as she was running out laughing. The employee was shocked and explained what happened . Then the nerve to put yourself in a review???? You belong in jail. Blame her because you don’t know the difference between multigrain and Italian bread.

3 days ago New $1–10 I went to subway for a tuna sub and the employee told me they were out of tuna, so I settled for turkey. I asked for multigrain bread and got something different. I didn’t realize it until I was driving. I drove back. The spinach was wilting and most vegetables were not fresh. I went back to ask employee, star for a refund (I only took one bite of the sub before realizing that it wasn’t the correct bread). I have food sensitivities and wanted what I requested and paid for. I asked for a refund. Employee told me that she could not give me a refund, and both of her managers were on vacation. Star did not offer to make me another sub or compensate for the mistake. I was late to work, did not get to eat, lost out on money and I was not compensated. I will definitely never eat here and do not recommend. Food quality and service was very...

She was polite and provided great customer experience, even slicing my tuna subs into smaller pieces for my blind friend. Emily basically butchered this task. Such a sloppy job. I mentioned to her that she needs to take lessons from her coworker. The first nice girl tried to honor the app promotion (Subway's online app was not operational on either my or my husband's phone). Emily called the manager and said they could only do the BOGO50 on the app. Which still was not working. Seriously Subway?? You know this is your promotion!!
