I was a regular until today. Today I was given milk. I am lactose intolerant. The other day they scooped whip off and thought I wouldn’t notice. I could see the bird off white and taste it and had a reaction after my first gulp. Because I am lactose intolerant. Which they do know. I’ve had to tell them because they won’t read the tickets. There are 3 young ladies who do it right, and when there’s a mistake they fix it. But a new employee is there who doesn’t take allergies or special orders seriously. Multiple times this has happened because they have people who don’t care and don’t read the tickets. Today I called to complain and was offered no fix. Just a bratty guy who didn’t take it seriously, and I believe is the one who’s made my drink wrong many times. He’s put the order in wrong as well before, and “forgot” the oatmilk multiple times. When I called and informed him of my allergic reaction there wasn’t an apology or offer to replace. Just an “okay.” I got irritated and that’s when I “okay I’m sorry…” again no offer to give me money back as I paid for something I cannot drink. No offer to replace my drink. No genuine apologies either. If you have allergies do not go here. Most of the staff takes orders seriously. But they have a few who don’t and give people things they’re allergic to. My tounge is now swollen and fuzzy, my mouth is fuzzy with a film, my abdomen is beyond unhappy. I’m having flare ups of my rare health conditions. I...
Read moreI live close to this Biggby so it's the one I visit the most and have had zero issues with customer service and timing of getting my drinks. I went here yesterday with a friend and went inside. Zero customers inside and I think once car at the drive through. The girl who took my order was nice, no problems. We ordered 2 drinks, a regular coffee and a latte. A few minutes later, the 2nd girl puts our drinks on the counter for us, we look over and walk over and I ask, "which one is which?" She says "The one with the sleeve is the brewed coffee" but not loud enough for us to really hear or understand. I was like "what?" Thinking, they're BOTH brewed coffee anyway, and they're BOTH hot so why not put a sleeve on both?? She repeated herself but loudly and very rudely. We just took our drinks and figured that the one with the sleeve was the regular coffee. My latte was pretty hot and really could've used a sleeve. My friend said if she were the manager, she'd fire this girl on the spot. I agreed.
I don't care if you're having a bad day, never take it out on customers. There are nicer ways of talking to people, people in general! I'm not planning to go here again and will go out of my way to go to another location if...
Read moreWorst Biggby I've been to. Drove through around 10:30 am. Placed my order for 2 drinks and a bragel. I'm told their microwave wasn't working and they can't heat my sandwich...no problem. So I eventually get to the window after 20 minutes and paid with tip. Once I was greeted it still took a while to get 1 drink. Then I waited more. A second drink. Now the bragel, which was supposed to be plain. When the window opened I'm told they no longer have plain. I asked for a refund because they didn't have what I ordered. I'm told they can't give refunds but I could leave my name and number for the manager to call me. What? I've already paid and given a tip. I can't get what I ordered . Unhappily I settled for a different bagel. It took 30 minutes plus for 3 items...not all of which I ordered. Very poor customer service. One star is even too high a rating for this...
