Dari-Dip — Restaurant in Portage

I hate leaving bad reviews about local businesses. But we are upset with our order today. We are regulars btw. I ordered and paid for a polish w/extra cheese, the value meal. Never received the fries or drink but was charged for the meal and literally 1/3 of the polish had cheese on it. It was absolutely disappointing. Normally they are ok but at least get our orders right w/o overcharging. Not to mention the cashier was not pleasant and had no clue about the prices nor could answer any of our questions about our bill. The one she I assumed she guessed was wrong lol. I’m just super sad that one of our “go-to” spots was so careless w/our order. On the bright side The hurricanes were great! Hopefully this is taken constructively bc my family really enjoys...

Normally, this is my favorite place for delicious soft serve. However, I left today incredibly disappointed. The young lady waiting on me was very rude. On top of being rude, she gave me my cone and the ice cream was literally going sideways, almost falling off the cone and the cone had a soggy bottom within seconds of starting to eat the cone. I got my other 2 items home to find that the banana split had melted and leaked all over the bag, splitting the bag open and leaving melted ice cream all over my car and dripping all over my clothes. I'm hoping today was just a bad day for the girl waiting on me because if this service/quality continues, I'll have to find...

If your concerned about any kind of sanitation at a time like this I would not advise stopping here. As I went through the drive through to pick up my order the girl that is taking everyone’s payment touching who knows how many peoples money and credit cards is also making the food AND NOT CHANGING GLOVES BETWEEN THE TWO. ABSOLUTELY SICKENING.i literally watched her collect someone’s money then proceed to make the next persons order. With the same gloves she touched the money with then carried the cup by the rim with her fingers inside the cup to carry it across to her station to put a lid on and bag it.
