Rosie's Cantina — Restaurant in Portal

My family came in for the Easter bunch buffet and it was wonderful. There was a large selection of items ranging from traditional breakfast meats, eggs, turkey & stuffing, potatoes many ways, fresh fruit, salad bar, several different pies, and much more. My personal favorites were the lumpia and pancit, very popular dishes in the Philippines. Being in the midwest it's not a super common dish you'd expect to see in a little midwest town on the border of Canada, but Rosie's did! All the staff is lovely and I cannot recommend this establishment enough! Our company has been ordering lunch at Rosies Cantina since it opened. We always had decent service and food. Recently the meal portions have been smaller, quality inconsistent and prices have increased. When we ordered lunch last week the chicken strips were actually cut in half then fried and the price had increased.
