Tower City DW's Deli and Hoagies — Restaurant in Porter Township

Great to see a neighborhood deli/cafe open its doors. I've ordered there several times. Each time the food has been consistently good. Generous portions. Fresh quality ingredients. They use the Dietz Watson meats, with fresh inclusions.

The menu offers some unique options, but it is heavy on the fried and fatty foods. Would be nice to see some healthier options, such as avocado. It is a business and understand that may just be what sells best in the area.

They are open 7 days a week, with decent hours. Many local places close earlier in the evening. So thanks for being open later.

The last trip to DW's I will make in my entire life.

Ordered at 6:03pm 1 Cheesesteak only whiz with xtra whiz, 1 Brady wrap and 2 orders of fries with a side of cheese. Was told 20-25 mins. Showed up at 6:18pm. Finally got my food at 7:08pm after sitting around and watching the disorganized shitshow for the better part of 45 mins. Drove home to Halifax to eat, and here we show you what was supposed to be one Cheesesteak with xtra whiz, I didn't get my side of whiz either for the fries.

Some places aren't worth a callback, some experiences are so garbage a resolution isn't necessary. 1 star, would give zero if I could, used to love this place sadly...

This is one of these old school hidden jem sub/deli/pizza shops that still makes things the way they used to be made..no skimping on ingredients or shortcuts! You get bountiful portions with paying no extra for additional ingredients! The service is outstanding, the staff is very personable and I return here time and time again to get my grub on!
