Can’t say enough about how friendly and respectful the staff are at Pizza Joe’s Portersville. Just today I was in the shop and overheard an extremely rude customer calling one of their staff stupid. I just happened to be there when the lady (Dana something) came in and continued her rude rant with one of the owners. As much as the owner tried to calm and deescalate the situation, this crazy Dana lady kept ranting like a complete lunatic! I’ve never seen such restraint and professionalism in my entire life! The guy called me when I try to order my pizza about 45 minutes before they close was being super disrespectful with me. When I wanted a pizza delivered for today but the website that goes through a third party doesn't let me select today as the date that I wanted delivered. I told him to cancel it 14 times. But he kept egging me on so I had no choice but to be a little disrespectful to get the point across. I called with a last-minute order for 18 9-cut pizzas and they saved me money by automatically making some alterations to the size pizzas I was ordering without any noticeable change on our end. The pizza is always made well for the style it is, and their speciality pizzas are actually lowkey great. The new Asian-inspired spicy chicken is awesome, and while none of it is NY style pizza, this is some of the best I’ve had in Western PA, and definitely the most consistent and highest quality.
