I've eaten here a few times now. Each meal has been excellent. My favorite was their curry (perfect balance of heat and flavor) until I had the Kuay Teaw Lui Suan (Thai noodle salad). Wow. Just wow. The dressing is light and flavorful (they should bottle it), the noodles were wonderfully firm. Like the other dishes I've had, the balance of subtle flavors and textures really elevate this dish to something fantastic.

Wow. Impossible to dislike. As soon as i opened the box i was greeted with a mouth-watering aroma. The presentation was such that I almost felt bad eating it. But then when i did, the flavor blew my sense of taste in into peices. I believe it was called Larb chicken

Remarkably delicious lunch. Grilled chicken breast over a mixed greens garden salad with peanut dressing, & piping hot fresh Thai doughnuts with powdered sugar & chai spiced condensed milk dipping sauce. More than enough doughnuts to share.

I'm new to Thai food, but this was incredible! The folks working at the food cart were friendly and pleasant and were happy to explain what each item is/contains. The yellow curry with chicken was incredible! The notes of coconut, the small, but reasonable-sized pieces of chicken... It was really perfect and honestly a big enough serving for two! The curry puffs were a real treat! Sort of a cross between and empanada and a samosa, with chicken ,curry and potato fried up in wonderfulness! Cannot recommend highly enough! The Thai donuts were outstanding! More dense than beignets, but served with powdered sugar and a sweet dipping sauce. Finally the mango passion fruit juice was delightful. The to-go cups were short and fat, almost like soup containers and were fun to drink-from. We're new to the Multnomah Village area, but we will absolutely, 100% be going back to Bluebird Thai...

Love, love, LOVE Bluebird Thai! My fiancé and I stumbled upon this great little place a couple of months ago and it quickly became a favorite. Everything we have tried has been beyond delicious. The owners, Alex and Nina, are the sweetest and take such good care of their customers (they follow COVID guidelines better than any food truck I have been to, going above and beyond to make sure things are sanitary). When we are deciding where to go for a little lunch break, Bluebird is always at the top of our list of choices. Love the Panang Curry and the Nutty Chicken bowl, and the Blueberry Lavender Lemonade is the BEST! If you’re looking for something new to try,...

This is really some of the best Thai food I’ve had in Portland. I’ve eaten almost everything off the menu and it all delicious. The curry is fantastic as is the chicken salad. Those are two of my favorites along with a new item which is a rice noodle salad dish. It’s incredible! They also make amazing drinks - I think I get a Thai iced coffee just about every day and they just put a new drink “The Pink Lady” which is OUT OF THIS WORLD refreshing on a summer day. Fresh lychee, pomegranate and mint. Ahhh it’s so good! Go...
