I have always heard that their pizza is excellent so my family and I decided to try it last night and here was my experience. I called at 6pm to order the pizza I was told that I had to wait until 7:35 for it to leave the resident for delivery. We decided to wait. I was surprised when there was a knock on the door at 7:15. Delivery driver was here with our pizza. I paid the whopping 25.$ bill. When I opened the pizza it was so cold that the cheese had already formed. I called and spoke to the manager and told her that I certainly did not pay that kind of money for microwaved pizza. She told me that they could remake it or give me half off the next order. I told them to remake it. It would be another hour and a half before the remade order would arrive.I decided to feed the kids the original pizza because they had school the next morning and had to go to bed. When the delivery man arrived with the remade pizza he wanted the other pizza back. I then called the p place back and spoke to Erika the owners niece. I was then told that I told her the pizza was burned. I certainly did not! I felt like after waiting 3 hours for pizza the least they could do was let me keep that pizza. I was told that she would never make me a pizza again. She was extremely rude. I asked when I could speak to the owner, she told me the owner told her not to remake my pizza in the first place. This is unbelievable, I guess I was suppose to pay for cold pizza and like it that way too. Well she don't have to worry about making me another pizza because I will never order pizza from there again. When I opened the 2nd pizza there were hardly any toppings on it at all. Imagine my surprise when I have six extra people from 2 to 78 years old over for a birthday celebration and the pizza is as thin as a Red Baron, and minimal toppings. ( Red Barons are ok, but I wouldn’t serve for company ) I called them and they said we have a new guy rolling the dough. WTH? I say so I’m supposed to serve this because you have a new employee? So then you clearly aren’t teaching him how to do it correctly.Then the employee on the phone gets manager to take the call; she says yeah our delivery is going to be over and whatever line of bull crap she was selling. She says for me with a house full of company to bring back the thin Stanley minimal item pizza back to them for a refund or replacement. I had stated that we had a celebration and company over. We waited an hour and a half for that to come. I definitely am not expecting our company to wait another hour and a half or hour for me to run around and play take backs. No thanks B&C you lost a good tipping customer on 8/20/24; not only because of the flat Stanley minimal item party pizza they sent here, but the manager acted as if we were an inconvenience to them. Well you’re at work lady. You have a new employee, but you still let that come out of the restaurant you are supposed to represent. We placed our order for a small pizza, steak sandwich and deep fried mushrooms. We sat inside and probably waited 35 minutes for the mushroom to come out. For the price there weren't very many and they were small. When we bit into them they were still frozen. So my husband took them back to the counter. A few minutes later, just the pizza came out, I tried it and it was probably one of the worst tasting restaurant pizzas I've ever tasted the sauce has no flavor So meanwhile, the mushrooms come back out & instead of starting a whole new order, they just put the ones we took back up, back into the deep fryer. By this time, it's been an hour since we ordered, and still no steak sandwich.
