Hay Hing Chinese — Restaurant in Portsmouth

This has to be by far, the absolute worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. I do not live far from this restaurant and when I leave home daily I always see cars in and out of the parking lot so I assumed the food must be OK? So I stopped there last Friday night and ordered Shrimp, fried rice and a box of chicken yok, and if you are from this area, you are aware of what yok is! I could not believe how it was prepared? The noodles were sticky and pasty, and there was a patty on top of my noodles that is usually put in egg foo yug? It was disgusting.! The chicken did not look like chicken and the shrimp fried rice was a sticky and pasty as the yok! I will never again go to that place and I should have known better after living in Portsmouth all my life I’ve never been there ! It was my first time, and I promise it was be my last! I have been eating here for YEARS! Absolutely loved their food! Tonight my daughter and I were craving Chinese and decided to order from here. I asked for pints of shrimp lo mein, shrimp and broccoli, and general TSO's chicken and got styrofoam to go containers with rice instead of pints! If I wanted combinations I would have asked for that! My egg roll is black! I've never had a bad experience besides the original owners having New York attitudes! I asked for plates silverware and extra duck sauce and as you can see that request failed as well!!!!! I ordered wonton egg drop soup and have nothing to eat it with! After I called and said my order wasn't right the girl continued to argue with me saying everything comes with rice, it always has! I said I'll never come back! The food is amazing. Only place we go to since moving here and finding it! Prices aren't crazy either. However we end up with something missing or swapped every order. Still love them. We haven't addressed them about the mixups so I can't blame them, it's still reasonably priced and delicious. It just isn't worth going back after sitting down at home to eat. I try to check everything when leaving to prevent it and when addressed they did immediately fix it which shows it's accidental and they are honest about fixing it if it happens.
