Toasted my bread to the point where it literally turned into dust. I didn’t want to ask them to remake it but I really couldn’t even eat half of the bread. So, after trying to get my coworker to ask for me ( she said she won’t gonna ask for me ) I get up and show them the sun bread and the worker was like yeah no that’s not right. While waiting a young/old lady calls me back up and tells me her store manger said that they can’t guarantee that when we toast the bread that I will come out soft but his time we will remake the sandwich…. It’s no way in H E double hockey sticks that my bread was supposed to turn into dust like that. Mind you I only took one bite and had to take the bread out my mouth it was so hard. My coworker even gave me a solution buy ripping the bread and smushing it down to make it soft. When I attempted to do just that she saw how messed up and over toasted the bread was. It just started falling apart. Normally my subs are fine here but that was a very sad experience and I’ll be fine with choosing some where else for lunch. On top of that I had poured my chips on my sub paper. They threw them away so I had to re buy a bag of chips AND I order double meat , when they remade the sub it was standard meat. I would have rather paid for a slice of bread and transfer my sandwich over to that...
Read moreMy coworkers and I order from here frequently. We order online and always ask that our subs be toasted. On numerous occasions, our bread is not toasted at all which is extremely frustrating. The subs are very often sloppily made with either too many vegetables or old, soggy vegetables! “Less vegetables” means less, not load it up. This Subway would be a lot better if they would just follow simple instructions instead of doing whatever they feel like because they hate their job. Sometimes we do feel bad because we know they tend to get super busy around shipyard lunch time but I’m sure they’re short staffed so hiring a couple more people to help out during peak times may be ideal. The only reason we keep ordering from here is because it’s the closest restaurant to our work location. We do take breaks from coming here from time to time when our orders are repeatedly wrong...
Read moreDo not waste your time yet alone. Your money going to this establishment. I've never been met with a employee that cares less about their job. After waiting in line for 10 minutes I was advised that they were only taking cash. I walk across the street to get cash. Get back in line. Get up to the counter and hand over a 20 where she says I can't break that. So then I had to go somewhere else to break the 20 for her. At this point it's been over 30 minutes and I hadn't even been handed my food yet. Then I was told I couldn't use the coupon I had because their system was down and they couldn't scan it which I don't even understand how that makes sense. Definitely do not recommend this place even if you are in a pinch. I would rather eat nothing than waste my time or money...
