Ron's Lumberjack Cafe — Restaurant in Poteau

I've only been there twice but both times I've been there have been some of the best breakfast I've ever had. Probably explains why they are so busy for breakfast. Another thing I really like about the place is, after you get full on good food, you can walk it off in the hardware store that is huge. Not sure if it really is a hardware store but no matter what kind of store it is, it's huge and it looks like a pretty cool place to go check out. I don't understand the reviews for this place. We got here and no one was upfront working the counter, so we sat down. Servers were relatively quick, but didn't seem like they wanted to be there. I ordered pancakes, hash browns, and sausage. The pancakes were good, but a little too sweet for my taste. The hash browns tasted burnt, but looked undercooked. We at the Cafe on .6/3,my husband and I had breakfast and our granddaughter had a cheeseburger. My breakfast, the hashbrowns were cold. My granddaughters, cheeseburger had to much mustard and onion. Our server was Nikki ,was not very friendly Never checked on us,had to wave her down for tea and coffee. She never once check on us to see if needed anything or how our meal was.
