Azteca Grill — Restaurant in Poteet

I ordered 2 carne guisada tacos today and they both were mostly blubber (large chuncks of fat). I called & explained what happened & the young lady that answered the phone said to bring them back so they could see the problem. I explained my son dropped me off the tacos & that I'm handicapped & housebound so I couldn't bring them. She said she would get the owner for me. I could hear her explaining to the owner & then I heard them laughing about it. The owner didn't even bother to come to the phone. The young lady told me they had provided a service & that unless I could bring them back there wasn't anything they could do. I said that if this is how you treat regular customers then I'll get my tacos from somewhere else. I started my conversation with her by saying I've been a long time customer. If I was the owner I would have come to the phone & made it right. This wasn't the first time I've gotten bad food but the first time I called about it. My daughter had a problem a few weeks ago with one of her orders and was treated just as rudely. Needless to say they lost a long...

I placed an order. Chile releno burrito with everything in it. I received my food brought it home. The chille releno was cold the cook did not microwave it correctly so it's not fresh...fine....I complained because it was just that in a cheap tortilla with no beans Ino lettuce or crema...ok so I called and the nice young lady was telling the cook...I can hear the cook refusing to fix the mistake because she even verified with him...I can hear them arguing...the cook needs to be fired. Worst burrito ever but that man had a disgusting attitude like why would you deal with that your restaurant name rides on your food. Stick to dos hermanos or mejor de Mexico...that cook is embarrassing to that family owned business. Almost 9 dollars for that cold...

Customer service has really gone downhill..terrible service from the waitress with the long nails this afternoon. Took our condiment bottles prior to finishing our food. Then wanted to pick up my plate before I finished eating. Finally when leaving I asked for a tea refill since she never came by to ask if needed any more tea, and she pretended to fill up cup but only added ice and no tea smh..it was only full like 2/3rds of the way..they have some competition down the street now so they better fix the issue with the waitress..this is the 2nd time she gives terrible...
