Last night we had the most terrible experience we have had yet first of all the wait staff that we were assigned had absolutely no idea what he was doing he was so busy flirting with the girl up front that he never checked in on our drinks or appetizers we had to stop other waitresses then he had the audacity to tell us there was a complication in the kitchen when it took forever for the salad and appetizer when clearly he had not been in the kitchen to check as we were seated right next to the kitchen door we ordered two specials for me and my wife and a Stromboli for my son two of the three orders were wrong they never took the time to fix my order just brushed it off they did however remake my sons Stromboli because he said “it only takes four minutes “ right… then when the bill comes we’ve been charged for two extra 8$ side salads when they’re part of the special so I said something about the bill being off the server had one removed and brought back the bill my wife did not want me to make a scene so I paid with no tip and left I cannot believe this passes for good service they were not even that busy plenty of empty tables plenty of help it will not happen again on my...

It was my first visit to this Italian restaurant. It did not disappoint. The rolls, that are homemade garlic rolls, were amazing. They provided a side of marinara sauce, which was also delicious. And that's saying something cause I'm not a huge fan of marinara usually.

I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, also homemade fresh daily. And my date ordered a personal pizza, pepperoni and beef. My Alfredo sauce was exactly as it should be. I find that most places over power their sauce with butter. But Napoli's exceeded my expectations and then some. I ate over half the plate , which was a large portion. The personal pizza was done to perfection. The outer crust was just right on crisp and the mozzarella was stringy,stretchy,cheesy deliciousness.

Our waiter was very pleasant but my favorite thing was that he didn't hover or come by too much. I actually got to enjoy my date with minimal interruption.
