I love when they put coffee beans on top of the lid. A place I can depend on for good quality. A place of substance. I actually look forward stopping here before I start my shift because it on the way. I know I can make my own bagel at home, but when you’re running late It’s so convenient that I can always find my favorite morning snack here. The staff there are always friendly and would suggest their personal favorite flavor combinations that are not on the menu. One time, the barista spilt coffee down the side of my vehicle, laughed, said sorry, then continued to laugh loudly to her coworker. Another time, they were openly complaining about other customers. This time, i wanted to go up the walk up window, there's a big sign, menu, and no indication it was closed. The girl just tried to avoid eye contact, when i waved, she mouthed something quickly that i couldn't hear and it was spoken too quickly to get a good lip read. I gestured that i couldn't hear. She just nodded, looked away and kept talking to her coworker. Looks like there's a new coffee stand just up the road....

Employees seemed nice, service was relatively quick. Got a smoothie and a breakfast burrito. Neither had much flavor and were on the bland side, burrito is pretty small. What’s hard to understand is how it came out to $23 and change for a small burrito and smoothie. With a tip that’s $26 for two small mediocre items.
