Head Inn Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Poynette

I hate doing this, but I'm hoping the owner sees this!

So we used to love going there for wings, on Wednesday!

We showed up this this week, sat down at the table, waited 10 minutes before a bartender came to us.

No you weren't busy, it was about 445pm.

There was a fricking dog in the bar, that serves food & no it wasn't a dog for handicap or emotional support!

The cook would take breaks at the bar, drinking & smoking a Vap E- cigarette! Which is now illegal in Wisconsin to do inside a establishment!!!!

When it came time to cook, he never washed his hands!!!

He was in full view to us due too where we sat! He did put gloves on but after he contaminated the outside of the gloves! HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS!!!

Our food was missing it's side sauces. We were given no silverware & took almost 10 minutes to get! Which by now my food was cold!

Not sure what happened in the last 6 weeks but service has definitely...

First time we have ever been here. We were greeted right away. Waitress came right over and took our drink order and brought us menus. We had the all you can eat deep fried cod and chose beer fries. The food was excellent! Very tasty baked beans. Coleslaw was great. Fish was nicely done golden brown. Not a heavy batter. The only complaint i have was the service after we received our food. No one came by to ask us how our food was. We didnt see our original waitress again the rest of our dining experience. We did not get asked if we would like a soda refill. I asked for a refill when our bill came. We got refills, but instead of the dt mtn dew i asked for, the guy brought me a sprite. It wasnt that big of deal. We will be back to try out more of the menu items, and hopefully the service...

From out of town review: Pizza looked good from pictures. Calling in order, easy. 3 pizzas, one order chicken tenders. Was told 45 min. Order was not done till 1hour 30minutes. They had two bartenders, so shouldn’t of been that delayed. They forgot our chicken tenders, so add another 15min. The did not offer a discount for the inconvenience. The WORST part was the pizza was TERRIBLE, I mean terrible. All ten people who ate it, said it was the worst they have ever had. Not to mention the charge $20/pizza. I usually don’t do reviews, but I was so disappointed. I don’t recommend this...
