Subway — Restaurant in Prairie Grove

I just went to the subway in Prairie grove today. My boyfriend and my daughter happened to show up at the same time, so we were talking in the line. The staff, 2 ladies, were very moody. My boyfriend and daughter ordered first, the lady on the bread and meat side, was not listening very well to my daughters order and didnt put bacon on it. Then she said and yours? I said its seperate from theirs and told my boyfriend to order his. When he was done, I told her what i needed. She got the order right, but had an attitude the whole time. She said something about a late lunch rush to the other employee. She didnt put bacon on my daughters sandwhich. I asked the other employee, on the veggies side to add bacon and retoast my daughters sandwhich, because it was so tense in there, she felt uncomfortable asking. As she was waiting on my daughters sandwhich to toast, she said she would go ahead and do mine. So i tell her what i want on it and also told her that my order was separate from my daughter and boyfriends order. She ends up putting the sandwhich i ordered in with my boyfriends sandwhich. So, she then proceeds to do my daughters sandwich, she said she wanted sweet onion dressing and mayo. The lady puts on sweet onion and ranch. As soon as i saw her with the ranch i said no its supposed to be mayo. She looked right at me and said, she said ranch. I said no, she said mayo. The other lady, says throw it away we will remake it. So now both ladys are in an even worse mood. She told my boyfriend he could pay when my daughters sandwhich is ready and proceeds to let the customer behind me pay ahead of me. I told her since my order was done i would go ahead and pay for it. I had a salad and a roast beef sandwhich. She said so your just paying for the roast beef and the salad? I said yes, again my order was seperate from theirs, but i also need 2 chips and 2 drinks. She doesnt even bother getting the sandwhich out of my boyfriends bag, she just hands me my salad and walks off. I dont know what happened to them before i came into their store, but they shouldnt have been rude to me or my daughter. And just because someone is talking to someone else in line, doesnt mean their order is together. They need some customer service training at that store. We wont be going back. The night staff has always been pretty good...

( 10 out of 10 ) I would recommend. The best time to go is in the evening time and the best thing to get is the tuna with one of the big soft pretzels. I personally have never had an issue with any of the staff or with them trying to shut down early. I would also love to commend one of the employees there whose name is Megan. She has gone above and beyond to always ensure that the food is always fresh and readily available. Now don't get me wrong. I have seen them dispose of food items like the butter but that's was because it became cross contaminated. I don't know about you but I would enjoy NOT having an allergic reaction. It's kind of bad publicity for Subway and kind of bad for my health. I understand that some of us are more fortunate than others and don't have to worry about allergies but for those of us who do it's a lifesaver when others care. Never coming here again I'm so done with the lazy people they hire here I'd rather drive to the subway in Farmington from now on at least they don't burn ur bread and pocket your money that u spent on the deluxe and give u just the normal amount of meat but yet still charge u for the deluxe u didn't get clearly they don't read ur order online at all and they look like they Hate there life when u walk in so I'm done after not 1 time but 3 that I have ordered here they have charged me for the extra meat I didnt get Seriously how hard is it read the order then make it the people at Farmington can do it perfectly why can't 3...
