During the course of the last 6 years I have visited the Ellis bakery several times and will continue to do so on a regular basis. Mr and Mrs Ellis operate the bakery which supplies bread and rolls for a number of businesses in the county and surrounding area. On Friday and Saturday evenings the bakery makes pizza from scratch!
