Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pratt

Ordered delivery online: large beef thin taco pizza and supremo sandwich. Estimated delivery time was 8:36 pm. At 9:13 pm, I called and asked where our food was and got told that delivery driver #1 forgot it when they left with another delivery so they were sending delivery driver #2 out with it now. Food arrived at 9:30 pm.

Got our food inside and unpacked a container of shredded lettuce, a container of onions, cheese and tomatoes and the supremo sandwich. Opened the pizza box and saw that they put ALL OF OUR PIZZA TOPPINGS ON THE SIDE!!! Our taco pizza was nothing but cheese and beef. We now have a build-a-bear pizza in front of us that we assembled ourselves to eat.

WE DID NOT ORDER IT THIS WAY AND THIS IS NOT ADVERTISED ONLINE WHEN ORDERING!!!

I called and asked why our pizza was sent like this and they said that this is how they make their taco pizzas now because “the toppings were getting gross sitting in the heated window.” I was offered a credit for being unhappy but I don’t live here so I declined. I was offered a remake but being so close to closing time and seeing as how we waited an hour past our original delivery time for cold food, I declined this as well. I was told when ordering online, I need to put in the notes section “put toppings on pizza” and I said I didn’t realize I needed to tell a pizza place to actually put the toppings on my pizza.

I was told that refunds were not offered at store level and I needed to call back in the morning to talk to corporate and explain the situation to them and they would decide whether or not to...

12:15 PM, on Feb 27th, 2015~ Honestly, I should have left when I saw the condition of the bathroom. It was so disgusting. The trash was over flowing, the toilet was gross, the sink was nasty and the napkin dispenser was broken so the roll of paper towels was sitting on top of it.

That's not all. The lettuce on the salad bar was wilted and brown. There was food strewn everywhere, no Ranch, no cheese, everything else looked wilted. When we asked for fresh lettuce, we were told they were busy and we would have to wait, which we did... for 20 minutes, we stood at the salad bar. Others were waiting too because there were no clean plates for salad or pizza. There were dirty utensils laying all over the counters in the back. The floors were filthy and covered with food. We stayed around to check out the service after we finally got our fresh lettuce and plates for pizza. No one ever came to see if we needed anything. Even after the place started clearing out, the service was lousy. I was just glad there were not health inspectors that came in. I'll NEVER step foot in there again. First time opening the diner since Covid. Some things were based on trial and error while others were clearly last minute. They were really pushing themselves to accomplish it.

I gave them 4 stars for their professional and friendly staff. Everything was nice and clean.

I took 1 star because of the menu printout and they were out of a lot of items. They were polite about it and offered alternatives and gave us a small discount since we were "the most polite and respectful customers" they've had since opening any part of the business since Covid.

They were very polite and respectful. Happy to hear our thoughts and advice. Helped to make accommodations.

Menu was a last minute thing as well as a trial thing.

The printout from before covid and in black/white but not in a usual way. Background was mainly black with tiny print. Some print was the white on black or black on white which I could handle. But the "highlight" print was dark grayish/black print on a darker black background. I could not handle.
