Barberitos — Restaurant in Prattville

The food is a bit pricey but decent. I spent $35 on 4 birria tacos and a cup of birria queso. I had made it to my next destination and realized I didn’t get my queso, so I immediately called. The lady that was working there questioned the guy that was there about it and told me to just come back and they’ll give it to me. I make it back there and she’s constantly questioning did they ring me up in which I told her I did it myself on the kiosk and gave her my total. Then she goes on to ask about pulling up my receipt. I was starting to get agitated because I did indeed call and I expressed to her that I live in Montgomery and I wouldn’t inconvenience myself for something that I didn’t pay for. I didn’t like the way she handled the situation at all. Food is a 7/10 which isn’t great due to the price and the service was trash! Definitely will not be spending...

Got a burrito bowl and nachos, ended up costing right at $30 thats with no drinks. The burrito bowl looked good, the nachos cost more and i got a tiny scoop of rice, one scoop of beef and a tiny bit of queso, Dry nachos, and the guy behind the counter was rude to the employee at the register. You're better off going to a real mexican restraunt and getting better food for less money spent. Any mexican restraunt in Prattville beats Barberitos in price...

The food is fresh with huge portions. The burritos are awesome. The new birria tacos are good but not like the pictures they show not like the description they give.
