If I could leave negative stars, I would. A very unpleasant experience tonight, I placed my order on the app at 6:19 pm, arrived and checked in by 6:24....my order was for ASAP so I expected to wait for up to 10 mins or so depending on how busy they were. After 5 cars showing up and ordering on the intercom and getting their food, and at least as many going through the drive through window and not to mention having waited for 30 minutes, 20 minutes after the screen said my order was on its way...I pushed the button for the intercom. I asked how much longer it was going to be before my order was going to be sent out, gave them my ticket number and order number and was told "so sorry, we will have that right out" only to have part of my food dumped on the ground before the car hop could make it a whole 20 feet or so to where I was parked, and was still a drink short. After I was brought my other drink and was handed my newly made coney, the car hop tried to pass the blame on "the lady that does the online orders." Waiting for over 35 minutes for cold fries and cold tots makes me want to not do business with this...

She acted like she could care less. Finally the screen said Brady was bringing our order. Nope! We left. Contacted the manager. She said she'd refund our money to our card. Went back. She met us outside. Said give her a minute and she'd make it right. Waited an additional 20 minutes. Started to leave again. She came out the other side with our receipt.    Read moreNormally I don't have an issue with this location, except for having to wait 5 - 10 minutes longer when the screen said the person was on their way. The location is currently refusing to accommodate for their order ahead being down because of 1 type of machine being down. Whomever developed the app should make an update where the location can state what item is unavailable due to the machine being down like other apps have. I am not going back to this location until their order ahead is back up so I can get half price...
