I visited here on 2/27 around 9pm ordered large Macha Latte. As soon as she handed the drink to me and it was very light. And this is what I got. Literally 1/4 or 1/3 is empty. I am usually okay with cup not filling full because of foam. But this was not right. I asked her its not full. She said thats how they make it without apology. Believe me. I have been going this dunkin and other locations more than 10years and this is first time I saw cup is served empty like this. And this is my first time posting review regarding dunkin. I didnt post any review even the hot chocolate tasted like water. And she said she can make it another one but it will be same. I asked her I dont need new one and all I need is jusy fill up the rest with steamed milk and macha powder. Of course she made a new one same amount as the one she already gave me. I ordered a medium HOT coffee and donuts... she handed me a COLD coffee.. i told her thats not what i ordered.. than she all mad took the cold coffee and gaved me a hot coffee.. than she give me the bag of donuts i didnt ordered.. i tell her and she all rude take the bag and complain to her cowoker.. she also took my hot coffee.. idk why but oh well.. she gaved me the donuts i asked but still i was waiting for my hot coffee.. she see me waiting on winfow and asked me "what the hell you want now?
