Worse customer service got burn with coffee by the drive thru girl this morning had to go to the ER just leave at 3:45pm. I wouldn't be so upset if she wasn't so rude I don't know if she was having a bad day or what she snatched my card from me without even speaking and slam the window in my face. When she came back handed me the card and slam the window again. Comes back the third time and pretty much try what she did the first two times and quickly try to hand me the coffee and slam the window quickly but this time she waste hot coffee all over my hand and outside car door cause it to burned my hand. Her response was o them lids being come off all morning and throwing napkins at me and shut the window. I have good insurance that will cover my hospital bill and all follow treatment but just because how I was treated I really want to reach out to a lawyer. I'm hoping by Monday I have calm down and do different but if still feel the same when Monday I will be contacting a lawyer. This all could have been avoided with a little customer service. A FEMALE EMPLOYEE CAME IN WITH A LARGE TUPPERWARE BOWL AND A PAPER PLATE AND PROCEEDED TO EAT DIRECTLY WHERE THE STAFF IS PREPARING THE FOOD FOR THE CUSTOMERS IN PLAN VIEW OF THE LOBBY. I ASKED THE MANAGER ON DUTY A YOUNG BLACK MALE WITH BLONDE TWIST HAIR DID HE APPROVE OF THE LADY EATING ON THE LINE AND LICKING HER FINGERS AROUND THE FOOD. HE TOLD ME IT WAS FINE BECAUSE SHE WAS ON BREAK. THEN SHE GRABBED HER FOOD AND WALKED OUTSIDE. I TOLD HIM WHEN AN EMPLOYEE IS ON BREAK EATING THEY NEED TO BE IN LOBBY NOT AROUND THE FOOD AND PLEASE GIVE ME THE HOME OFFICE NUMBER. HE IGNORED ME AND WALKED OFF. I ASKED HIM AGAIN FOR THE HOME OFFICE NUMBER OR HIS SUPERVISOR NUMBER. HE TOLD ME NO AND I'M HARRASSING HIM. Read moreI'm a OTR truck driver with my companion Gunny. He's not a service dog. I'm not going to lie just to get the paperwork, I have integrity. I walked to this location for something different to eat then what's normally at the Love's truck stops.
The employees refused my entrance to purchase a to go dinner. One at the door actually put his hand up to forcibly stop me if I would have continued. The other behind the counter told me no dogs unless a service dog.
Side note: It's your business you have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. I stand with you on this right.
But you need to train your employees that the customer is the reason your in business. If you have a policy that I'm breaking, provide a solution so you still get my business. They gave me no reason to go back to any Burger King again. Just not worth my time or money to deal with so much disrespect and hate. There's enough in this world, I don't need to go looking for it.
