I dont know what has happened, but this place was always great. We moved back down this way, and we've gotten food 3 times and it's been a disappointment every time. But last night was the last straw, we paid almost $70 dollars for dinner. A chicken parm dinner pasta, the wrong noodles, hardly any sauce and the chicken was crazy tough and like no cheese $18 bucks for that and all he got to eat was cup of pasta that was under the dry chicken, Pizza frie barely a scoop of sauce and a sprinkle of cheese this was a fav of mine. $7 Crab dip $13 dollars for the order and the bread was hard as a rock, quanity is deff down, however the burger was good , and the spaghetti with meat sauce was ok as far as our daughter said. Last visit before all the fried food was very dark and hard to eat ,over fried, and before that 3 orders of pasta Broccoli and chicken Alfredo has no TASTE ! Even asked for garlic because didnt like it before but still just taste like a bland alfredo sauce.or something. Again I loved this place but something has happen it was gone way down hill. My wife's actual comment was "she would rather spent half the amount at McDonald's because the quality of food as gone way downhill". 😒 We live in Deal Island , too far to just come all the way back. Nobody will do anything if you dont bring it all back because that's what a customer who just paid $70.00 bucks for food after working all day wants to do after finally getting home. So your stuck eating what you could and wasting your money on the rest. Very unhappy the front counters girls are great or I would have gave it 1 star for the resturant being...
Read moreWell, being in a college oriented area, it's okay, definitely not anywhere near great. let's start with the wait staff. They suck. Sure, they can smile all they want, but I don't care about your smile. Bring me the check on time. I had to go to the manager after my waitress was m.i.a. for 20 minutes. Oh, and when you, a server, spill a glass of ginger ale on my $250 Limited Guess 3/4 length coat, clean it up or offer to get it dry cleaned don't just look at me when I'm doing my hardest to stay calm and not rip you a new one. Now the food. Any and every sandwich or wrap I've ever gotten, or have witness ordered has always fallen apart and are very messy. The pizza is well, toppings on cardboard, and a straight out of a can sauce attempted to be doctored up by an overload of dried oregano. The broccoli bites are something I hold as a staple, well one bite into these and you can see that they're made from broccoli cuts not florets; yuck. Going to an Italian place you expect a cannoli with a crisp shell? Not here, and I've tried many times to get a good one. THE ONLY GOOD THING to order here truly is the corn nuggets. These little pops of joy and gooey sweet-insoluble fiber goodness are just spectacular.
All in all, call me mean, I'm just honest. If it weren't for the corn nuggets, I...
Read moreI give it 4 because I’ve had a horrible experience with food there. We get the meat Stromboli with ham, pepperoni, sausage, and beef with of course cheese and sauce and we very rarely get other thing like pizza. The worst part was like 4 years ago maybe we had gotten Stromboli to go. The person was covered in cat hair making the pizzas and I mean covered in it. So no surprise we ended up with cat hair in our food… we stopped going for awhile after that because honestly what manager sees someone covered in excess amounts of cat hair and lets them work with food and not ask them to change or not handle food. The recent more iffy Stromboli had little meat and basically no sausage or beef and little sauce too it looked like it was made in a rush and was still rather doughy for even a moist Stromboli. I’d give it 3 but honestly the foods good when it’s not the rare mess up/flop and they have delicious Oreo cheesecake I just wish the desserts at least cakes weren’t so expensive for a slice on the generic but thin thin side. I wish it was more for basically 3 or 4 dollars for a piece that’s not the biggest. Most of the time we have to pass on the cake because...
