Echo Charlie's Bayside Restaurant — Restaurant in Princeton

Not very pleased considering the reviews this establishment was given. First time my wife and I went we ordered the catfish, she had the fried and I the Cajun. Her dish was very good according to her and my Cajun was burnt with no "Cajun" flavor was so ever. Server was very pleasant, professional, and a joy to have! Second trip- we took my dad and IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! 8-20-22 We sat out on the balcony and the poor waitress was running her tail off. No bust boy to clean the tables, didn't really see any one except the waitress and seen the bartender once (she also looked burnt out). We sat for probably 15 minutes before we were even greeted. Then waited another 10 to get our drinks. Finally we ordered. But wait here is where it gets even better!!! Ordered a appetizer which took 20 minutes to receive and the three of us ordered salads! Yes just salads! It took a hour to receive just salads! It's two strikes for me so I won't be returning and the menu is somewhat deceiving. The salad my wife and I ordered was labeled as "Buffalo" and any where we have went "Buffalo" means "Hot", this wasn't the case and if it was supposed to mean "Big" that wasn't the case either! I definitely give the waiter and waitress 5 stars for keeping their composer but this establishment is going to lose some dedicated employees if something doesn't change and continue to give poor service to people who have never been because it is a beautiful establishment with a nice marina attached to it with a...

No fault of our waitress but my group of 12 was soo disappointed on our visit. The atmosphere was great and nicely located on the water. Waited way over an hour on our food. Fries were cold, hardly any meat on either of the nachos (more like a nacho salad :/) that were ordered. Bun was so soggy with the chicken sandwich. We were the 2nd table seated so the wait on our order was extreme. I dont mind a wait like that if the food is good but not 1 of our group was happy with their orders. Did not really see anyone in charge to complain to or I would have. One of the orders was $20 that looked liked a kids meal. So disappointed this go around. Note to waitresses: If its going to be a long wait bring out a few fries or crackers to the littles. The menu side choices are lacking other than a type of potato or coleslaw

Went to dinner with another couple, arrived at 6:45. Server came to our table quickly and got our soft drink order. We asked about wait time for food and was told 40 min. We ordered quickly and waited 40 min for our appetizer. 90 minutes after we sat down our food arrived. All meals were lukewarm and just average. Several tables around us came in after us and were served their meals before us. Our server kept apologizing hoping we wouldnt just leave.
