Stopped into Culver’s quick to get our sweet treat fix. When we pulled into the drive thru it took a good 5 minutes to even get someone on the other end. When he did come over the speaker he was hard to hear… Until I told him I could barely hear him. We ordered 2 medium root beer floats. The guy told me it would be $5 and some change. When I got to the window I handed him my cash & he said “Oh… did I say $5? I meant $11…” No big deal... I gave him the rest of the cash. He handed me the ‘root beer floats’ & my change. When we pulled away from the window… we looked at the floats in disbelief. There was hardly a scoop of ice cream in our floats… We pulled into the parking lot and went inside. I brought them up to the front counter and explained what happened to see if we could get more ice cream. They offered to make new ones and apologized for it. The lady behind the counter was so kind! They remade the floats.. actually the same one who made them the first time remade them.. & the SAME THING happened… AGAIN!! I waited my turn at the front and brought them up again as there was hardly any ice cream in the floats. I asked for my money back & they gave me a refund. They offered to make the root beer floats again. This time there was more Ice cream than before but not what I expect when I say a root beer float… The lady’s in the front were super nice. That’s my only reason for the 3 stars OR it would be a 1. Reading some of the reviews make this location not worth it. Just save your money & go to kwik trip to get a...
Read moreIt was a spacious Culver's. The customer service was average. They got my order and didn't try to offer me more on anything. I had to wait a little bit in line, but the cashier was friendly. It was quiet in there, but then two couples decided to sit close to me when the restaurant had no one else there. They talked loudly, so I moved. The Butterburger seemed a bit greasier than usual. I like that you can order food from your table with their QR code. My partner had a job interview in the area, and I'll probably suggest a different place to check out if we're ever both in that area together again. It was good, but I felt like it could have made a bigger impact if the staff had more energy and the food was...
Read moreThis place was honestly amazing, the service was good, I saw employees in training by other employees that have done this job possibly a bunch, the fries were hot, so was my chicken sandwich and more! The pretzels were honestly the best in my opinion, if you live anywhere near this Culver's, then consider yourself lucky. Even a fire truck came by for food, there was a lot of cars for dine in and take out, especially the drive-thru. I would recommend my entire school to get...
