Prospect Pizza — Restaurant in Prospect

Not at all worth the wait. Average pizza. Horrible service. We were in town for a wedding and were trying to pick up a pizza in a rush to get for our kids and babysitter. My husband went to get it, (we prepaid over the phone and order was to be ready at 6pm) he waited over a half hour in line to pick it up before just giving up and getting food elsewhere for our hungry kids. I went up to retrieve the pizza since I had already paid, waited in line for 40 more mins even though there were only 4 people in front of me. At one point the cashier checked in a woman at the counter, she told the woman her pizza would still be another 15 minutes and instead of ringing the woman up and asking her to step aside, the cashier just disappeared for 20 minutes until the woman's pizza was done while the rest of us just sat there staring at our food getting cold on a shelf. I didn't end up actually receiving our food until 7:10pm. Horribly run and totally weird. Offered a free Bible with your pizza and had an entire room of Donald Trump merchandise for some reason? If you like mediocre pizza, and people shoving their views down your throat, this place is for you. Otherwise, there's other places that are...

From the fresh made dough, to the fresh ground cheese; this pizza joint has it all when it comes to quality! The food is amazing and a cut above the rest. Not to mention the personable owner who runs the shop. It's not very often that you see owners of restaurants in the shop working hard to provide for their family. I'm glad to see my money go towards humble owners just working to provide for their family. The esthetic of the shop is so fun! They have funny signs, political humor, and free Bibles. Now you may not have the same views as they do or share the same religion but you can really appreciate their passion for their views and religion. Not once have I ever been there and felt uncomfortable. I am always welcomed with warm hellos and they know Me by name! It's crazy to see such a young crew running a busy place so well. They are so sweet and go above and beyond to get the job done. 10/10...

I called and ordered a pizza at 8:17, I was quoted for an hour wait. Pizza did not get here until 9:26. I got plates out to serve my dinner to my family and the pizza was “warm”. I called prospect and eventually got the manager otp. I told her it was warm and I paid $27 for a not-so-fresh pizza. The manager “Kayla” said she was gonna call the owner and put me on hold. Kayla got back otp to tell me the driver said that the box was “hot” and I’m like the cheese isn’t even stringy and when u pull a piece off its CONGEALED! She then says our cheese isn’t normally stringy...I told her that they lost a damn good customer since all I get is xcuses...I put a piece in the microwave and BAM wat do u know STRINGY CHEESE!
