1. Wait times are unacceptable. They will need to plan orders better. They seems to be no proper sequence to the orders. Waited more than 1 hour for the food. 2. More concerning, there seems to be no concern for people with allergies. My wife is allergic to raw veggies, they did not address the notes on the orders. 3. We ordered Medium spicy, it was the spiciest medium spiced food I ever had. We brought the food home due to the wait time since we had a kid with us. We just could not eat the food due to the spiciess. At this point, I am sure the chefs could not attend to these notes about spice levels. They were overwhelmed. We ordered Double Egg fried rice and Veg noodles. Did not look like double egg. Dosa was burnt. Not good. 4. Parking is random at times. Be careful to park somewhere you are not blocked by someone else. I hope they can better the workflow and give better estimates for wait times rather than the standard 20 minutes that they mention to everyone.

I ordered Chicken 555, Double Egg Fried Rice and Veg Manchuria from a roadside food truck, yaar. Sadly, the taste was disappointing—the Chicken 555 was bland and soggy, the fried rice lacked flavour, and the Veg Manchuria was mushy. To make matters worse, tiny ants were crawling onto my plate, mosquitoes kept buzzing around my head, and flies wouldn’t leave the food alone. Friends, if you want tasty food in a clean, comfortable setting with proper service, please go to a good restaurant. Food trucks may be fun for quick bites, but for flavour, hygiene and peace of mind, restaurants only.

There were two food trucks here that had Indian food. The rangoli truck had snacks and deserts. Absolutely loved the mango masti falooda, will definitely be going back for that. Also tried the samosa chat, vada pav and pav bhaji. Everything was good, but on the spicier side. Will also be going back to try the food at the other truck cause it looked pretty great too. They have picnic tables set up but not a whole lot of space so I’m sure it gets pretty crowed later in the evening. The fairy lights are a nice little addition and creates a nice ambiance.

We visited Golconda Express Food Truck on a Sunday evening with a few families, hoping to enjoy nice evening food in the pleasant weather. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be a complete disaster.

While the food looked decent, the taste was underwhelming—either overly spicy or completely bland. Worse, the food seemed to be cooked in reused oil; it had a distinct foul smell. One of my friends even asked the staff directly, and though they claimed the oil is changed daily, given the crowd they serve, that clearly didn’t seem sufficient.

The real issue began after we got home. Out of our group—5 adults and 3 kids—almost everyone fell sick. Some had stomach pain or upset, others developed rashes or itching, and a few even started vomiting. It was alarming and absolutely unacceptable.

Would not recommend this food truck to anyone until they seriously improve their hygiene standards. Definitely not worth the risk.

Replying to Owner's Response:

Thank you for your detailed response. We truly appreciate that you’re open to customer feedback and take concerns seriously.

We visited your food truck on Sunday evening with a few families. While we don’t have a physical receipt, we can provide our credit card transaction as proof of purchase. One member of our group had to visit Legacy ER & Urgent Care on Eldorado later that night, and several others had to take medications for vomiting, rashes, and stomach discomfort. Btw unfortunately, atleast one person is not fully recovered yet.

While the food looked fine, the taste was inconsistent—some dishes were extremely spicy, others bland—and the oil had a noticeable smell that raised questions. One of us asked your staff about it, and while we understand the oil is changed daily, considering the volume you serve, that may not be frequent enough to maintain safety and quality.

We’re familiar with Indian street-style food and know what to expect in terms of spice. But this wasn’t just about heat—it was about hygiene, oil quality, and the resulting health issues.

We’re sharing this not to harm your business, but to flag a serious issue that impacted multiple people. We hope you take this as constructive input and review your processes to prevent something similar from happening again.

I’ll be happy to provide additional details, including credit card transaction information and specifics about the medical visits. I’ll reach out to the number you shared to continue this...

I visited this place on July 23, 2025, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience overall.

Chicken 65

This was by far the worst Chicken 65 I’ve had around the Dallas area. The chicken was stale, undercooked, and had a raw smell — clearly not fresh. It was not edible and completely missed the mark on both taste and hygiene.

Egg Fried Rice

Calling it “bad” would be an understatement. The smell of raw egg hit me as soon as I opened the box. The rice looked pale and under-seasoned, so I politely asked the staff if they could make it well-done with some added salt and pepper. After 5 minutes, I was handed back the same rice with what seemed like just a sprinkle of chili powder — no reheating, no tossing, no improvement. The dish tasted more like egg pongal than fried rice.

Chitti Punugulu

This was the only decent item we ordered. It was crispy and tasted okay — nothing extraordinary, but at least it was fresh and served properly.

Final Thoughts:

Poor quality food, lack of attention to basic hygiene, and dismissive service. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this place based...
