Frias Fruteria Cafeteria — Restaurant in Providence

Service, food and drinks are great. I always order the pernil (pork shoulder) sandwich or the cubano (cuban) sandwich. They also recently added more seating and uncluttered the area so it's more spacious now.

Since I posted this I have gone 2 times and both times I have asked for coffee I was told both times they didn't have (they have a coffee machine) 😑😑 I would tell them it's fine I can wait only to never recieve any coffee. If they are going to have it on the menu and charge me (I did recieve the dollar back) only to not make it out of sheer laziness then just straight up tell me that they can't make coffee. I'll be taking my money else where....

This place is so unorganized. I ordered a postmates order at 2:50pm it is now 4:51pm and the order is still not here. Called the restaurant they seemed confused or forgot about the order and said someone will deliver it shortly . Honestly a waste of $30 for just a Cuban sandwich and a drink. A large Cuban sandwich. Bread (good) Ketchup and Mayo (good). 1 thin slics of deli ham. 1 piece of lettuce. 2 slices of tomatoe cut and spread out, 3 pieces of chopped red onions. Dry pulled pork overwhelmingly seasoned with what may have been (garlic and onion powder). I had to drink water in order to help swallow it down.
