I Like the atmosphere, i luv the Raspberry tea, i dislike only one cup because they run out. If I am paying for Raspberry tea, I expect many cups while dining. I Luv the disco look over the sink in the women's restroom. I No longer enjoy the bistro chips, they changed em up. They are nice and presentational on a big oval platter but lacked seasonings and the look of the seasoning. It just looked like a bag of rippled potato chips popped in a fryer. It came with one ranch. I Asked for an additional and was charged a dollar. So my opinion for the decent amount of chips there should also be a decent amount of the dipping sauce. I had liked the old bread but now its like a little white loaf on bread board with tiny serving of cinnamon sugar butter, getting use to it but really miss the pumpernickle loaf. I enjoy the potato soup but today they had pot pie soup, loved it, recommend it. Had salad also, it was rather a small serving with ONLY HALF OF A GRAPE TOMATO, WOW. I liked spinach mixed with iceberg though. They had black styrofoam containers and black plastic bags. I Like that style but was not offered any utensils to go. I use to get a mailer for a meal credit on my birthday from their reward program but did not get one last birthday. I asked the waitress what they do for bdays, she said they dont have anything for birthdays, wow, how disappointing. The restroom was very clean. The waitress failed to keep my cup full. I drink alot of tea or water when dining to wash my food down, my tip is affected by how long i wait for refills too. my waitress was nice but a one person table deserves equal attention. IF i dine in again i may check out one of their desserts. But i sure hope i can have more than one cup of that delicious raspberry tea that they ran out of after one cup. Im not sure if they have any daily specials, none were...
Read moreWent here on a Friday night around 7. Had to wait about 7 minutes to be sat at a table. The place was about 7/8 full I'd guesstimate. They seemed a little short handed. They took our drink order pretty quick. Our drinks arrived within 5 minutes. She took our order shortly after. We waited probably a little more than 10 minutes for our food to come out. The waitress was not very friendly and had no personality. We were there probably 45 minutes. She checked on us twice maybe three times. She just didn't seem to be in a good mood. Maybe having a bad night, I am not sure. It was busy so she could've just been tired. I ordered the Philly cheese steak with onion rings. It was pretty good. They stacked my onion rings on top of my Philly. Not complaining. The plate wasn't very big but the onion rings were a decent size. Food was good, no complaints. My sister had the chicken Alfredo and complained that it tasted like cream of mushroom soup that comes in a can. She was the only one of us (party of five) that had any issue with how the food tasted. Restaurant was dimly lit. We had to sit in the back. We had to walk by the door to the kitchen to go to restroom and to leave. I was almost hit by the door on my out due to staff coming out. So just be aware if you walk through that area. There's not really much of a safeguard there. After we left I realized I left my phone. We called it and no answer. A waitress called us back saying the phone was left at the restaurant. She met me outside of the restaurant and was very nice. I thanked her and we left. She seemed to be in a much better mood than...
Read moreI ordered a 20$ meal over the phone and I showed up with my card in hand, the server/waitress handed me my food and said "thank you have a good day" despite my card in my hand visible, I even waited a few seconds until I left but no-one said anything. so I walked out thinking it was already paid or they were just giving it to me. Waitress comes out yelling and says "you got to pay for that" and acted like I tried running away with their food. She makes the comment that "this is my 3rd day here" and I jokingly say "it could have been your last if you gave me that food for free and did not come correct it before I left". So I come back in, perfectly fine with paying for my food, because that's what I came to do in the first place. The point is, is that these people accused me of trying to steal, but the real problem is that they do not train their waitresses properly. I came in to pay for my food, and the girl looked at me and said "have a nice day" I didn't run out, I didn't try to steal it, I wasn't going to argue with someone giving me free food. The manager, or whatever she is, calls me yappin giving me a nasty call saying "you're a grown man you should have integrity and should have stopped and corrected it, she's 16 and you should have been better about the situation" and told me I was not allowed back to their establishment. All because they let a 16 yr old run their to-go's
They also don't cook their steaks correctly, its never what...
