SS Subs of Pueblo — Restaurant in Pueblo

I love this place. Had to give it 2 stars the poor staff had no air conditioning the day I was in there. It was hot as hell. The staff is top notch with the exception of the younger dark haired girl. She was very impolite and emanates a very negative attitude. I requested veggies on my hot sandwich and have for years. She acts annoyed and when I got back to my office none of the veggies I asked for are ever on it. I find this very unprofessional. This has now happened several times with this young lady. So now I only have lunch there when shes not working. I logged in a complaint with the girl who has been there since I first found this place. I assumed she was the owner. She is very enthusiastic and knows what customer service is all about. She was very apologetic about the situation but as I told her that's the owners issue. We went in at approximately 345 on Saturday . First off, when we walked in, the girl working seemed very upset that we came in and was not very pleasant.

I ordered Broccoli and cheddar soup 6 in chicken salad sandwich Nachos.....

I was told that they are out of all three items.

So I ended up getting Italian style sandwich, the bread was crumbly and had the"old" taste to it.

As we were leaving, she started turning off the lights and followed us out the door.

I will not be returning to SS Sub's any time soon.

Good food, but I just paid $23 for a regular sandwich meal and a cookie which I feel is hugely inflated. I did tip which brought it to around 27 but I’m just disappointed in the 23 for a sandwich and chips. Unfortunately it’s not a place I can frequent anymore because of the high prices. Due to the rising prices I will be going to subway which is surprisingly 2-3 times cheaper now in comparison. Decent sandwich though, normal chips, and average cookie.
