Don Carlos Restaurant — Restaurant in Puerto Rico

My daughter has a condition thar requites her to use a walker. I called the restaurant to ask if they had handicapped accessibility and they said yes. When we got there, the restaurant is on a hill. Then 2 cars that had no permit to use the handicap parking were parked there. After my daughter and I had to maneuver going upcthe hill and I told the waitress about the cars, she did not care less. She said their parking space was limited and that she would not ask the customers to remove the cars. I told her that was not legal and she completely ignored me. They usually have the best food and service but that Wednesday I went with family for lunch special the food snd the service was poor. They had only 2 waitresses and it got crowded, the food I ordered tasted not very fresh but I assumed because it was a lunch special and not from " a la carta". Loved this place...staff were very friendly and attentive, food was great and presentation... very clean place and cozy place...
