A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Purcell

I waited on my food for 30 minutes. Got to the window and was told they were out of chicken and hotdogs, I’d have to switch to something else. I waited on my order substitute, and when I FINALLY got my order, I was missing an onion ring and french fry. Got that fixed, then had to wait on my drinks. Drinks came out and I was missing a large Rootbeer and my large Pepsi was a medium. Went in to get it fixed and got met with a “idc” attitude. Asked for a refund and was told I could get one for my drinks, so I did. STILL HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR FAST FOOD. We should of looked at the reviews because they are all right. This place is horrible!! Waited in line for our order to be taken and watched everyone in front of us get their food and when everyone else left, she came on the intercom and told us to wait a minute. We told her we have already been waiting 10 minutes and just left. Thank goodness we could get out and wasn't trapped. Learn to multitask and do your job. Don't give me some "I'm sorry for your bad experience" BS because it won't do anything to fix the problem. Just close up already or actually hire people that...

The food was piping hot and tasted good. My order was out in well under a minute. The cashier and counter person were friendly and polite. While the dining room was clean enough, it wasn't immaculate. The place could use some upkeep. There we're lots of seemingly broken items, including registers. They were operating off of one register for the whole place, including the drive-thru. The restrooms could stand a thorough cleaning.
