La Famila Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Purcell

At first I loved this restaurant, the staff was friendly and they had good food at decent prices... until... every dagum time they get my order mixed up,and it's anybodys guess what they will charge, I've been charged double at times IF I go back I will insist on the receipt, and I will look at my food before I leave. I HATE guacamole and requested it on the side because my grandson loves it.. this time HALF of my salad (that doesn't say on the menu that it comes with guacamole) was nothing but guacamole.. and I had asked for it on the side, you can't tell me that was an accident LITERALLY half of my salad was nothing but guacamole (I do have a picture, I will put on the book of faces.) I also did not get my meal.. so I get to sit here and watch everyone eat. I'm sorry but since they have gotten busy.. service sucks!! I realize that customer service isn't what it used to be, in this day and age.. only businesses are important the customer is secondary.. but I am really sick of this.. so if I do go back (I probably will, because we are very limited on places to eat here, so if a client needs me to go pickup their food I will) however I no longer will be leaving a tip, and I will go and watch them and make sure my order is correct.(I worked as a waitress so I always leave a good tip even on to go orders) Oh.. and once they messed up my order so badly that I had to call them, my mom was dying and she had asked for a certain food,when I got home I realized not one single thing was correct, so I called them back and told them that "not one thing was correct" and I had PAID for the wrong food,around 160.00.. so when I went to get the corrected order (I didn't get a refund) the woman said "enjoy your FREE MEAL" I don't usually complain but this is the 4th or 5th time that it's happened and I've usually just kept my mouth shut and made excuses for them.. but I work 3 jobs, my money is hard earned.. when I have a job to do, I do it well and to the very best of my ability. Is it too much to ask that when I get my food that the people I am paying with my hard earned money do the same thing? Everything you do, you should do with all your might... to the best of your ability. But maby those days are gone??? If I have any say in the matter I will not be returning to this restaurant.. I am sure I won't be missed but I am so sick of business not caring about...

Terrible! They use only that flavorless fake cheese. Their rice is that flavorless, dry, nasty, fake "Mexican rice" instead of the traditional Spanish rice. Their beans are also flavorless. Their menu is horribly put together. Their soft drink choices are the worst. Their sweet tea isn't sweet. They don't even know what their stuff is. I asked if their chorizo is made from actual meat or the traditional salivary gland grossness that's not fit for human consumption. All they could tell me was "pork." The menu didn't have a chile relleno dinner or a cheese enchilada dinner. I asked the waitress if they had this. She got really confused. I got them to put together a cheese enchilada plate. I couldn't even finish half of them, they were so gross. We waited about 45 minutes for the check. She finally came up and asked if we needed anything. I told her we need the check. Location will throw ya off but it's the best mexican food in the area. The problem is ordering carryout over the years the mistakes on orders have become more consistent. I had spoken with the owner previously about my call in order being given away and nothing being said to me after paying and sitting there for more than thirty minutes. The owner took my info and said that I would receive a refund. I never did. I let this go and continued to eat there as everyone gets busy and mistakes are made. However, time and time again my order is missing items or made incorrectly.
