Starbucks — Restaurant in Purcell

Literally the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went in an hour and a half before close. The workers completely ignored me for a solid two minutes as I stood at the front. The drive thru workers didn’t have anyone coming through the window but were chatting while completely ignoring me. The other 3 workers were performing closing duties, but never acknowledged me. Finally someone took my order but it was so sloppy and unprofessional. I had to repeat my order multiple times — just a nitro cold brew with oat milk. With no other business it took them way too much time to make my drink. The “cold brew” came out warm without ice, and the oat milk spilled over the side of the cup making it sticky. I understand it was coming to the close of the day but seriously this is unacceptable. I didn’t have a complex order and there was no other business in the store. Seriously a waste of money, never ever...

I couldn't rate the food at this place because I didn't get a chance to try it due to getting ignored by the entire staff after standing at the counter for 8 minutes. I see they we're busy, but nobody said hello sir give us a second. We'll be with you shortly. They just looked through me as if I was invisible. So I asked them, "Am I invisible? They looked at me with their dough faces speeches as if they were high. So I told them obviously I was. Being a 6ft 225 bald headed black guy couldn't have been more conspicuous🤔. Nevertheless, after reading several negative reviews, I thought to myself, "No, it wasn't personal. This place simply sucks, and man, didn't i want to try some of their new breakfast sandwiches. But now I guess I'll settle on calling Cooperate or the owner and let them know how pitiful I was treaded. 4/08/2025. I would never recommend anyone stopping...

As someone who has worked in training customer service and working as customer service, this is HIGH QUALITY! These ladies are just gems. Very sweet, very welcoming, and they care so much for who comes in. By far some of the absolute best people in this industry. And let me tell you, it’s extremely difficult having to work these social jobs. I’m extremely impressed and pleased. The tables, floors, bathrooms, every surface was cleaned very well. I didn’t even have to wipe off my seat like every other place. These ladies need a raise asap. I studied for about 4 hours here, and is my new favorite place to study up here in Purcell. (I attend school in Norman, so all my favorite places are a far drive). Thank you Starbucks! And thank you to the best...
