Adelita's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Purdy

This place is awesome! It's the best Mexican food we have honestly ever had! The owner, Gracie, is just the nicest person ever!!! The wait staff is always super nice, friendly, and helpful. We have never once had a bad experience eating here, and we try to go at least once a month. The food is affordable, and the servings are so large that I always take home enough leftovers for another meal the next day. The Queso dip is delicious. Their sweet tea is the best! So good that I always end up drinking 4 or 5 glasses, and the waitress always very happily check on us often to see when I need a refill 😊. This place is so much better than Acambaros in Monett. I just cannot say enough positive words about Adelitas. It's our favorite place to eat out. We never get tired of going there. Lucky for us that we only live a block or so away. 10 stars...

Big improvement from a year ago! Good food great service! Food is really good and now they serve beer. I had the skirt steak today! It was yummy 😋 7/18/23 had dinner, and everything was really yummy. 09/19/23 dinner was very good.

03/19/24. Here we go again 🙄! We've ordered windy city cheeseburgers no mayo and no pickles and one tiny slice of tomato. very greasy! My dad ordered bacon cheeseburger, they forgot the bacon! And the portions of the fries they cut it in half. That is not the way to run business. Very disappointed. We go there every Tuesday but it don't look like we'll be going there again. Whoever runs this place should be fired 😳. I hope the owner sees the review and if she wants to keep it open should take care of...

Tried this place when first moved back to the area, it was close to home, for take-out around here, and the food was pretty good... sadly, the food has gone down hill....husband got nachos for lunch today...handful of chips, small hand at that, ground beef, swimming in grease...don't believe they even attempted to drain it, jalapeños, cheese and glob of sour cream in middle....no....sorry, I believe we are done, which is bad because there really isn't much to choose from...
