Walked in on a busy Friday evening. Sat in front of the check in desk for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged we were waiting for a table. Meanwhile, an older gentleman had come up to desk to ask what was taking so long as he had been waiting over 30 minute for his food. That wasn't a good first impression for us, but we continued to wait for a table. When we were finally seated, it was at least 30 minutes before someone came over to greet us. We put our order in right away which was an appetizer and two bowls of soup. Took 40 minutes for our appetizer of fresh rolls to come out which was served with the sweet and sour sauce. It was supposed to be a peanut sauce. We waited for the waitress to come over and have her correct it. She never came back until a total of 55 minutes later which was when our soup came out. Yes, 55 minutes for two bowls of soup. We asked what was going on, as several other tables were also inquiring about the long wait time as well. "Sorry but, we are short staffed, let me get you some sticky rice, no charge." Well this "sticky rice" came out and it was nothing more than some old dried up white rice that was wrapped in Saran wrap. We were never asked how our meal was or if we needed anything. They didn't offer to comp any portion of our meal for the awful service. If they continue running business the way they are, they will be out of business just as fast. Don't waste your time here, go to Pho Sure in...

Had to try this place as there always seems to be a full lot and have heard it was good. Started off good, got seated right away. Waitress stared off as usually expected. Drink order and food orders. But when it came to getting the appetizer and food all she did was deliver that and wasn't really back around at all to see if anything was good or bad or if we needed another drink. We got the beef satay as an app. It was ok, But small Beef Satay(3)…………………………………………………….$8.95 Flank steak beef skewers marinated in Thai spices served with peanut sauce As for our main dishes, we got 2 and a dish of rice to try. But the flavor was good especially when you add the pepper oil and bean sprouts to it. F3. Food was excellent. No gripes about that. Service, not so much. Seemed to have plenty of help. It was busy but not every table was filled. It took an hour and 45 minutes to eat here. We ordered 2 apps and our drinks. It was at least 20 minutes before the server came back for the rest of our order. My husband’s app came out. We had no eating utensils so after 5 minutes we took some off a nearby table. He had time to eat his app and then it was 15 more minutes before my app came out. On to the wait for dinner, at least 30 minutes more. And again, my husband got his dinner, I did not. It’s awkward when one person gets food and the other hasn’t. I told him to go ahead and eat so it wouldn’t get cold. A solid 15 minutes later my dinner arrived. By then my husband was almost done. And within 5 minutes of me finally getting my food, a server asked me if I wanted a box for it - with the spoon in my hand in the middle of taking a bite. So I sit here for an hour and a half waiting for you and 5 minutes later you want me to box this up and get out? Ridiculous. Like I said, the food was delicious. The duck red curry was out of this world. But when people go out to dinner together they want to eat together. The kitchen needs to work on their timing so everyone at the table has their food at the same time - you know, like every other restaurant on earth. I’ll give them another shot but if the service is the same, I’ll be done...

I hardly write bad reviews purposely to bring down the businesses. I only write for the owners to improve. I travel alot, different countries and states. Food is my passion and I've seen alot and eaten alot of different dishes so I know what I'm talking about. To the points: Very typical Asians own restaurants...too stingy to hire more help to speed up the service. Too stingy with the quality of the meat. I dug up all the meat there were in those two dishes. That's all they threw in the pho and the pad thai. The prices aren't cheap so throw in a few more to be competitive with other restaurants. The tastes were abit above average The place looks really nice. My two gripes. Too slow and too cheap. I think there's only one chef in the kitchen. He is either the owner or a chef that is controlled by owner...3 small pieces of meat per dish.. you hear? And one waitress and one cashier/waitress who just ignored everyone who walked in. I'll give this restaurant 2 more tries...after all they are still new. Good luck owner...I don't mean any disrespect but you need to improve. Right now people come in alot because they are curious. First impression is always the key

First time here… Hardly anyone here… Walked right in and was seated right away.. First bummer …. All out of springs rolls!!! Whaaaaaaat! The only reason I came here was to check out the rolls! When I asked my waitress if they normally run out her answer was “the owner was too busy to go by rice paper “ sheesh really? So bummed….. Ordered the eye of round and brisket pho.. So good! Amount of meat on the small size but still yum! I’ll go back again but if they are out of spring rolls again it will be the last time! Well I went back again today (29 Oct 22)… Good news they had the spring rolls! Bad news… they had the spring rolls! First time ever having spring rolls where the shrimp was so small! Popcorn shrimp or maybe pieces of shrimp!!! Terrible! I’m mean hardy any shrimp! A complete rip off! I’ll never go back! You keep serving such skimpy portions and you will soon be yet another failed business!
