The Jug Handle — Restaurant in Pymatuning Township

I would give a lower rating if I could. Not because their stuff isn’t good. The food is great…if you can get it. I can’t figure it out but every weekday my friends and I try to go here the rude lady answering the phone says we can only get pizza because they close at 9. Ok. The thing is we are calling between 8:00 and 8:20 but they supposedly close the kitchen at 9????? It’s consistently too. Tonight was the last night. After getting food there since I was 10 and I’m now 43. Whoever the the cook is should take some customer service training so on top of closing the kitchen early she doesn’t have to be rude too. Walked in with a disabled individual. Only two tables towards the back of an extremely dark bar section. There was nobody including staff on the side of the restaurant that was brightly lit. We made our way to the back of the bar side and sat down. We waited for 15 minutes and nobody came to talk to us or even to tell us that you couldn't order in the bar. We finally got up and left without ever speaking to anyone. There was a waitress behind the bar and a lady that kept coming out of the kitchen behind the bar bring order some pizza out. Not coming back...

Called to place a large to go order. Bartender immediately had attitude. Kept interrupting and told me to get it together and call back because she was too busy. I had everything listed and together!
