El Cafetal — Restaurant in Quebradillas

The cashier 8/01/24 hat and glasses had no interest in taking my order. Came in she made eye contact by the registered and turned her back completely at me. So I wait for another person. No body came she turned around after drinking her coffee ( disgusting and unprofessional) to take my order. I asked for ham n cheese, coffee, and orange juice since I saw a machine to squeeze fresh oranges. She asked what kind of juice, which I didn't understand the question. She did not explain and proceeded to charge me what she felt like it. Went to the bathroom, and I came back and waited 10 minutes for a ham n cheese since the staff was too busy chilling with each other. When they call my name for the sandwich, the same cashier tells me the coffee that's been seated now for 15min uncovered and employees talking over it is mine. Keep in mind that she sees me standing there waiting. Rude, unprofessional, and disgusting. I wanted natural juice, but the serve you want the feel like...

Always stop here on my way back from the airport. I love their breakfast offerings. I had a platter of bacon, eggs and toast. It was delicious and plentiful. Can't beat the price, five bucks and some change and it includes a freshly brewed cup of coffee. I see that it has good amount if clientele which speaks for its quality and great service. Unfortunately... things are changing!@# Food/$, where the main things which was above most of bakeries ... its turned for worst, prices have gone up, (understandable)... though portions have been cut down by 1/3 and and quality have gone down... although taste have stay the same... Something You should judged by yourself... So sorry, This time I wont be making...
