Refranes Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Quebradillas

We sat down after chatting with a few friends that were there. Waited 10 minutes to get anyone's attention. I finally had to flag the waitress down. We ordered the brealfast for 2. I waited over 60 minutes for my food!!!!! No apologies for the long wait. Suzette, the waitress was nice enough but there was no sense of urgency. No refills on coffee after paying 3.50$ for mediocre at best iced coffee. The eggs were dry. The cook put the bacon in the omlette but didn't chop it up or anything. It was a plated shared for two.
