Casey's — Restaurant in Quincy

I have always been very pleased with any food I order from Casey's however this time I was VERY unsatisfied...I ordered a family Taco pizza and potato cheesy bites.....The pizza appeared to be thrown in the box and the lettuce was put on in FULL SIZE LEAF PIECES just in the middle of the pizza....there was maybe ten little pieces of tomato on the whole pizza in one place....The potato bites were not cooked all the way and were mushy....Who ever prepared this order slopped it in the box....I still will order from Casey's however you need to check on who prepared this night because I am sure I won't be the only customer with a bad...

Ordered online at 10:15 am being the Super Bowl figured being busy with deliveries hopefully have order by estimated time 3:30pm. Left house to pick up said order get there guy said be 10 minutes. Ok fine, 10 minutes it was more like 20 minutes not busy . Last time I picked up pizza order it was fast and quick at timely manner. Today it wasn't employees acted like they didn't care by appearance looked like they were stoned, other was on phone than working, plus rude. At one time I give praises of store location and employees did their job well done thinking of their customers. Now I don't know what to think from 4 stars to...

I work not to far from there and, used to go there alot for dinner break at 8pm. The last three times I have been in there there was no hot food at all. I don't have time to waste to another place for food. It is really disappointing.so to save time I just don't go there no more at all. Since they changed the whole crew out service is slow for subs and no hot food at peek times. Sad thing is im not the only one at my job that stopped going there. Sorry caseys...
