Dunkin' — Restaurant in Quincy

I've never had an obnoxiously long wait here, and the person at the register is usually very nice. However, the other staff is often unhappy and unpleasant. I generally try to go to any other one on my way to work, but this is the closet to my job and on route. Today when I went the staff person making my coffee groaned because she made my coffee wrong (regular instead of 1/2 decaf, even though the cup was marked 1/2 decaf). Then, instead of making it correctly poured some of it out (including ice, sugar, and cream) and put some decaf on top. Which would be fine if I wanted a warm ice coffee with no cream or sugar. Many of the experiences I've had here I get my coffee quickly, but my interactions with or overhearings of the staff always leave me...

I was so disappointed, I ordered a Box of Joe, 12 Muffins,12 Bagels and a large ice coffee, came to 65++they past me the box of joe with out cups cream sugar, then I asked where the cream cheese was they told me I had to purchase that separate really, I had to ask for a bag to carry everything.
