Reviews are very important to me. By looking at the reviews for this place, I figured it be a great experience. I walked in and was not greeted until after I was by the ordering area and by someone else that walked to the cashier area. That’s really no big deal but just wanted to let the owner know this. The chicken pesto sandwich really had not much of a taste. Not sure what chicken they use but it seemed processed chicken to me. I was so hungry after a long hike at Caprock that I just had to eat it. This is the only place in town. Wonderful place! I stopped here a few times while I was camping at Caprock Canyons. They serve coffee, lattes, smoothies, ice cream, breakfast, lunch, and more. I ended up trying several menu items: Texas Snowflake Latte Breakfast quesadilla 2 smoothies Hot Italian Sub Everything I tried was excellent! You can’t go wrong here. They also have a gift shop with some super cute items! Service was wonderful as well! After a wonderful hike in Caprock State Park, we decided to check out the town of Quitaque. Such a cute town. We stopped by The Coffee Mill (we always try to purchase and frequent local shops). Not sure if the lady behind the counter was having a bad day or not….but it seems we stepped up to the counter at the wrong time!
