I just stopped for a place to use the bathroom and ended up staying for a beer, then for a burger, and a bit of the football game. The parking lot was packed. I had an initial laugh because the old shelter structure where what used to be gas pumps still stood. Why tear that down? I wouldn't! I was there for all day Happy Hour prices- $3 for a tall Shock Top? I was sad to decline another, needed to drive. But the burger though... Wow. Fun space with good people. Safe environment for families and singles alike. This spot represents a good combination of food, beverage and embiance for any sized group. The menu is massive with something for everyone for sure. There were tables filled with families and I am sure this would also be a good date spot for young people seeking a place to get to know each other. We ordered food on a Friday night, when we got home and started eating we noticed the burgers were under cooked. I ran back to Carrs and told the waitstaff. Within 10 mins I had fresh cooked food and gift certificates to cover the cost of our meal. As a person who worked as a short order cook for many years I understand mistakes happen and I was very impressed on how the waitstaff and owner handled the situation. I will definitely be back.
