PapaGo Food Truck — Restaurant in Radcliff

This meal was one I will definitely repeat. We ordered 2 Bulgogi lunch platters and some pork fried dumplings. The total was about $35 so not too terrible to be honest. The dumplings were perfect! They were fresh, crisp, not too greasy.....they just needed a dipping sauce. The rice with yum yum sauce, delicious. And it went so well with the carrots and cucumber. Very tasty! The bulgogi could've used a bolder flavour. I am still very impressed and so glad we stumbled upon...

This guy is legit. He shows up across from building 6551 (barracks) and sits in the parking lot across the street in his food truck making bomb Asian street food from about 5pm to 7:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday since I’ve been here for cadet summer training. I think the bulgogi beef with pickled veggies and sweet buns has been my favorite so far, and it is GOOD. I sincerely think he should start a restaurant.

The price was decent, but the beef bulgogi had no flavor and was mostly gristle. The crab rangoons were good, barely the size of a quarter and the kimchi was overwhelming with ginger. Could be my fault for choosing it, but none of the homemade kimchi I've had had ginger in it or at least that much.
