Hometown Pizza At Midway — Restaurant in Raisin Township

Thomas makes a great consistent pizza at Midway. He also gives great customer service, friendly and nice.5 stars for Thomas, otherwise would give 3 star. If we order pizza and Thomas is not there the pizza is made different every time. Usually not great . Also had issues with employees making our food different than how we ordered, once they remade it and gave complimentary side of cheese bread in a used box that obviously had remnants of some type of cinnamon cheese bread. So gross. How rude to do that. Other times pizza was made wrong from what we orderded and instead of an employee apologizing, they blamed us for taking it home. We hadnt eaten from it but when i called for a replacement that would take 20 minutes I said my kids are hungry and i am taking 2 slices out for them as they already waited for the 1st pizza. The employee said if we do not return the entire pizza untouched he would not replace for free. After a bit he agreed, but when my husband went in to return and pick up new pizza the man was rude to my hubby and other customers standing in line were shocked. My hubby said he watched the pizza being made while he was there as i was concerned after such wasted passion from the man that our replacement would be made with anger and extras added that dont go on food.

Update: We still continue to order pizza from Midway almost every Friday. Sometimes it's above expectations, sometimes below. But with a coupon for a large 3 topping, it fits the budget. Thomas is always providing 5 star pizza & service. The rest of the staff seem to be nice. Great to see some ladies...

I ordered two medium specialty pizzas, one was a deluxe which has everything on it and the other was a chicken barbecue Pizza. I was told that it would take about 45 minutes, the order was delivery. 25 minutes later, two bigger than expected pizzas arrived and they were very good one of the best pizzas in town I would definitely recommend this place not only where they delivered very fast but the taste was amazing and they also deliver beer and wine I would give them 10...

Just tried to spend money and have delivered I live 3.7 miles away. So after 15 mins of trying to order my food and having to spell put the name of my street for 5 mins. They finally let me know they cant deliver? I live 3.5 miles away I google mapped it. Tried using a 2 free pizza gift certificate I received I wonder if I payed full price if they would've drove to me? That's too bad cause I would've...
