Shadys Main Street Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Randall

we went here with 5 adults to try the place out. Our drinks were very weak to the point we had to order extra shot to mix in. Half our food arrived in a timely manner but was missing the correct order. The fix for this was to plop down some waaaaay over burnt waffle fries that weren’t even edible.

Our other half of the people were told their pizza was burnt twice and they were working on making it again at 1/2 price. The unburnt pizza never came. Then we decided enough was enough and all gave our credit cards to pay and leave. 3 credit cards were given on 3 different bills at our table. 1 credit card was charged for everything ordered at our table.

Simple mistake? Maybe, but I’m on call 6 with this place and every time it’s the same story: we are busy and will have the manager contact you right away. Give them my name and phone number and 3 days later still no response.

So what could have just been a mistake on an off night has now turned into no business from us again, and if the charges aren’t refunded asap, a chargeback through the CC company will have to be...
