The Dipper — Restaurant in Randall

I am only giving this place a one-star because you have to leave something in order to give a review. My husband and I we're driving today and stopped at the Dipper. There were three other customers in the store. I was the last one in line. Nothing was said to me the whole time I was in there until I got up to the counter. The worker at that time ask me if I had a mask and I told her no. She asked if she would give me one if I would wear it. I said no and before I could tell her why she told me she cannot serve me. At that point I turned and left the store. The whole time I was in line nothing was said until I got up to the counter. I will never stop at the this place again.! And I will be sure to pass the word about this place! Makes you wonder if you have a legit reason to not wearing a mask your money is...

It has a slightly old school ice cream shop feel to the place and they are pretty generous with their scoops you can get your ice cream in a waffle cone or a bowl or...

Great prices and very friendly. Plus they always have my favorite flavor! White chocolate...
