Always enjoyed this DQ until the other night. The young man behind the counter was so ready to get off that he knocked over our sonās blizzard. It fell to the ground without a lid!Thinking we couldnāt see him he took the cup to the back, wiped the top off with a napkin, tapped the cup on the counter and put new ice cream on top! š¤¢š”
Kid, I get you wanted to go home but what you did was disgustingly unsanitary! The cup hit the counter(which had cleaning chemicals on it from it being wiped down) it then hit the trash can and fell behind it! Seriously...you wiped what YOU thought was dirty off with a napkin and then put new ice cream on top. OUR SON COULD HAVE GOTTEN SICK! All you had to do was make a fresh blizzard...a fresh mini blizzard.....Iāll be calling the health department buddy!

Walk up to order and had coupon for fries,she took forever to acknowledge me standing ,waiting to order. Then when I spoke and didn't finish she stated they didnt have it and a short,toned rude way and closed the door and didn't even get to order anything because of it. First he said next time I come there he'd give me a free blizzard. He closed the window and walked away. I sat in my truck until he turned my way, and I motioned him back to the window. He came back I said give me a coupon or something for the free blizzard. The kid said they don't do that anymore. I said, BS. My wife and I have been going there for years. Always upside down...
